About the Technical Manager job

You will be the company’s senior technical representative to their customers, ensuring satisfaction with the autonomy to deliver to their needs.

Key tasks

·       Manage and direct a team of Quality and Technical personnel.

·       Help with site audits and trials, specifications and responses to complaints.

·       Implement changes to site procedures to improve Technical standards.

·       Create an environment of continuous improvement within the team.

About You

Ideally degree educated, you will possess good Technical management experience within a food manufacturing environment. In addition:

·       A minimum level 3 in Food Safety and HACCP.

·       Raw material and packaging specifications.

·       Customer technical management experience.

·       BRCGS experience and knowledge.

·       Great people management skills.

The Technical Manager job (ref 8797) is based in Berkshire and is paying up to £58,000 according to your experience.

The package includes a good holiday allowance plus generous employers pension contribution amongst other great benefits.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
