Becky began her career in recruitment in 2001 before joining b3 in its earliest days in 2003 and becoming Manager in 2011. She has therefore helped build the business into what it is today by being a dedicated professional with extensive experience in food manufacturing. Her strong communication, networking skills, and in-depth industry knowledge make her a key asset in b3’s success.

2003 was a life changing year for Becky – not only joining b3, but she also met her husband to be and now has two children and a dog called Bailey (who occasionally joins us in the office).

As well as successfully launching and managing her own online business from scratch, Kirsty spent 18 years in residential sales and lettings before joining the b3 team.  With boundless energy, enthusiasm, and an excellent eye for detail, she brings a great sense of creativity to b3. Well versed in online marketing, Kirsty has made a great contribution to the growth of the business and b3 brand.

Ouside of work she enjoys time with her two boys, wider family and a summer festival or gig with close friends. 

An Honours Graduate, Marcus has been a chef and Group Advertising Manager before entering recruitment in 1998 and then subsequently setting up b3 jobs 2 years later in 2000 - after identifying that there was a large gap in the market for an honest and ethical food and beverage recruitment agency. Always keen to provide an excellent experience for candidates and clients alike.

Marcus has two daughters, 2 dogs and lives to eat great food.

Having started his food and beverage manufacturing recruitment career in 2016, Rob joined the b3 team in 2021 and so is a seasoned professional with a strong ethical and honest track record in making solid and robust placements. Known for his excellent ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, Rob has the commitment to delivering outstanding results for both candidates and clients.

 
Married with four children and a cat keeps Rob busy at home but he still manages to make time to watch and follow Arsenal.

Suzy, an Honours Graduate, joined b3 in 2012 and so has an excellent depth of knowledge of food manufacturing recruitment. Her ability to match top talent with the right opportunities is second to none, which, with her excellent customer service skills and previous extensive marketing experience, make Suzy a very valuable Team Leader.

Outside of work Suzy is an avid yoga fan and an accomplished open water swimmer. She is married and has one son, one cat and one dog.

Having recruited in the food and beverage manufacturing industry since 2008, the last 6 being with b3 jobs, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. His customer service and satisfaction skills with both candidates and clients alike, make him a very popular and likeable Consultant.

Tom is married and has a son. He is a keen amateur footballer and manager of Mersham FC, and supporter of Chelsea, and has one cat.
