About the Quality Systems Supervisor job

The purpose of the role is the development and promotion of all aspects of quality and Quality Management Systems and to ensure HACCP/ Quality Systems are correctly implemented, monitored and controlled.  

Key tasks

·       Implement, monitor, and manage HACCP and Quality Systems to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.

·       Plan and conduct internal and external audits, maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports.

·       Ensure staff receive proper training on quality standards and address non-compliances and customer complaints effectively.

·       Maintain high levels of productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction while managing external agencies and adhering to legislation.

About You

·       Good educational background.

·       Strong knowledge of HACCP systems.

·       Experience with auditing processes, documentation, and reporting.

·       Familiar with legal requirements, traceability systems, and audit trails.

The Quality Systems Supervisor job (ref 8747) is based in South Yorkshire and is paying up to 35,000 according to your experience.

The package includes a holiday allowance of 25 days, plus bank holidays, 7% company pension contribution of earnings into their chosen pension scheme which can increase dependent on employee contributions. Private Health Care Scheme - once completed 2 years’ service.

The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
